CANCELLATION POLICY
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We understand that schedules can change and unexpected situations arise. To ensure we can accommodate all clients effectively, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Policy Details: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service fee. Clients who miss an appointment without notice (“no-show”) may also be charged the cancellation fee. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking future services. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to offer appointment availability to other clients.
